Turner Engine Control Solutions (TECS) is expanding in Germany and is looking for a Workshop Technician (Mechatronics) to join the team in Bremerhaven. Candidates must already live relatively near Bremerhaven or be willing to relocate. As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical control systems within a workshop environment. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on mindset and a combined background in electrical and mechanical engineering (mechatronics). What you’ll do Assemble, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical components and systems Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in workshop equipment Support testing and quality checks of control systems Work closely with the local technical team to ensure high service standards Document work performed and maintain accurate records What we’re looking for Technical background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Initial hands-on experience in a technical or workshop environment is preferred Native-level German language skills English proficiency at minimum B2 level Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, detail-oriented approach Employment details Location: Bremerhaven, Germany Salary: €3,750 – €4,500 gross per month Additional performance-based allowance (Leistungszulage) Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period Team size: 11 colleagues in Bremerhaven Office with a view of the harbour Interested?
