Work location: Bergkirchen | From the end of 2027: Unterschleißheim We are seeking a Business System Analyst (BSA) – R2R Process to support and optimize the Record-to-Report (R2R) domain across REPA’s evolving enterprise application landscape. The role will operate within a complex multi-ERP environment , including systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AS400-based applications, Sage X3, and future enterprise ERP platforms , while collaborating closely with integration, data, and reporting teams. As part of the IT Enterprise Applications / Enterprise Architecture function , this role acts as a bridge between Finance, Business, and IT , ensuring scalable and harmonized R2R processes, consistent financial data flows, and effective support of transformation initiatives. This is a business process and systems-focused role , rather than a purely technical or operational accounting position.
