We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Validation Technician (m/f/d) within our developmentteam to help support our business. As a Validation Technician (m/f/d) you will execute work plans, using equipment and process methods for validation to meet the company's product validation needs to maximize the use of regional validation capabilities. You will also ensure work efforts are completed to schedules to meet product validation needs in support of timelines. Additionally, you will: Support the European development team Perform system testing on electromechanical and pneumatic seat comfort products and their components Set up, execute, supervise, and document development and release tests in accordance with specifications, in close collaboration with the customer Analyze and evaluate measurement data and document results in detailed test reports Independently carry out root cause analyses for validation-related issues Contribute to the definition of test specifications and coordinate them with relevant project stakeholders To be successful, you’ll need: Successfully completed training in mechatronics, as a technician , or comparable Initial professional experience in the validation of systems and components in the automotive industry Experience in test bench programming with LabVIEW or Siemens LOGO A practical, methodical, and reliable approach to work Good communication and teamwork skills Fluency in German and English
